WHAT ARE THE FORUM's GOALS? through key lectures by experts from practice and academia, initiate debates with the audience to identify key issues in the care and health sectors regarding the elderly and people living with dementia in order to determine the tasks for the workshops in which would be work on a new Care Models for the Future. The Innovations created in the workshops will be Achievements that will be translated into the Declaration, which should be a tool for further growth of the sector and a way to build bridges, i.e. joint solutions between Central and SE Europe and reduce the pressure on the systems of both regions.
